Jon
Weaving was born in London
in 1955 and now lives in Melbourne with his son. His short stories have
appeared in both literary and popular magazines and have won numerous
awards including the Olga Masters Bicentennial Award For Literature.
His works include fiction, articles, anthologies, a creative writing
text for secondary students and columns for a national magazine.
Besides having judged many literary awards he has been awards numerous
grants, worked as a writer in residence in many areas of Australia, and
in 1994 was shortlisted for the Guiness Award. His thriller,
To A Wolf The Kill,
was published
by William Heinemann Australia in 1997.
